Following my husband’s TBI we used Roger Loomes @ Ashton Legal, for our claim - they were totally professional, Roger was able to advise & guide us through each step , at times it was not easy for us but Roger showed us nothing but compassion, patience, understanding & professional guidance throughout. He explained everything to us & what we were to expect at the each stage. I would definitely recommend Roger Loomes & would definitely use him again, although I hope I never have too.

I contacted Roger Loomes at Ashtons Legal regarding a potential claim for an accident, which left me with a Traumatic Brain Injury. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received throughout the whole process from the point of initial contact to the completion of my claim. Roger always gave me clear advice, explaining everything step by step. My case was not straight forward and I’m sure some other solicitors would have given up. Roger’s knowledge and expertise in such cases became clear early in the process, and I always had confidence knowing that if anyone was able to help me, he would be able to. For me the most important thing was how approachable Roger was. The whole process was an emotional one for me and my family, as I came to terms with my condition and looked to finding treatment options. Suffering with a mild TBI meant I struggled with some aspects of paperwork and reports. Roger was always there at the end of the phone/email each step of the way. No question was too small and he always responded to my communications personally, going above and beyond, making me feel he genuinely cared. That made a huge difference to me. When Roger was not available, I dealt with Claudia Thain, who was equally as approachable and helpful as Roger. Due to Roger being successful in getting me a settlement on my claim, I am now able to access private treatment and care. I am still coming to terms with my condition and have a long process ahead, but this has completely changed my outlook on my future and I will be forever grateful.
