Personal injury claim
I acted as client for my wife's personal injury claim (she was knocked off the bike and her hip was broken, with subsequent complications). This happened just before the Covid crisis which made matters even more difficult. Nick Peake handled the claim in an organised and timely manner, and gave us the right advice and the right time. In particular, Nick's advice to engage with the immediate needs assessment offered by the defendant's insurers was crucial. Consequent to this, the claim was settled quickly and, financially, to our complete satisfaction.
