General experience with 3 year long case.
From the day I chose them, through the pandemic and afterwards. There was always clear and open conversations. Always felt like the best interests of mine were taken care of, even while there was staffing changes due to maternity, each member involved in the case took their time to familiarise themselves with you. Very happy with the whole process, fought to the end.
