Child custody
After a 15 year relationship with my childs mother came to an end, my childs mother became incredibly bitter and tried everything she could to restrict my access to my daughter. She relocated, changed the school unilaterally and dictated every aspect of my daughters upbringing to me using an extra few days per month custody in order to do so. I was constantly denied equal custody against both mine and my daughters wishes so I contacted Andrew for legal advise. The matter ended up in court. With a cafcass report favouring the mother, Andrew gave me great legal advise on how to work around the report in preparation for court which I acted upon. During court Andrew faced an experienced barrister representing the mother and together with Andrews knowledge and advise we managed to overturn the cafcass report which ended in me receiving the equal custody that we wanted. Both me and my daughter cannot thank Andrew enough for the life changing work he has done. With the odds stacked against us Andrew dug deep to pull the result we needed out of the bag.
