I am a Solicitor in the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in the City of London office. I deal with wide variety of Immigration law cases, which include business applications such as Sponsorship licence application, skilled workers, skilled worker settlement, nationality application, human rights applications, entry clearance for spouse and children, family reunion, settlement applications for people who have been granted with refugee status. I also have experience of applications under Appendix EU of the Immigration Rules, applying for Pre-Settled Status, Settled Status, applications under Zambrano Rules and also family permit applications from outside the UK. I have extensive knowledge of dealing with Immigration Tribunal appeals, Judicial Reviews, Administrative reviews, Court of Appeal, High Court and the Supreme Court. I also have experience in asylum claims, detention, bail applications, deportation matters and further representations to the Home Office. I am fluent in Dari, Pashto and Urdu/Hindi.
