Richard is a member of the Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors and is a trustee of Headway Suffolk and Felixstowe Citizens Advice. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys trail running, following Watford FC and coaching cricket and rugby.

    Excellent support for personal Injury claim

    Richard and the team at Ashtons Legal provided excellent support and advice from the start of my claim until settlement. Communication was always clear and timely, and Richard was happy to explain any of the legal nuances when required. Richard and the team made the process very easy, and achieved a settlement I was happy with. I would happily recommend and use again (although, given it was a personal injury case, I hope I don't need to!).

    A professional team that turned into friends :) brilliant company :)

    My court case was an exceptionally hard case,with car crashes,broken spines and primary progressive Ms!! It started off with a year with a terrible car insurance company who had no interest in helping me and made feel as if it was a terrible thing for me to contact them when I hadn't heard anything from them for months :( dealing with the stress of all of this nearly broke me mentally.so a friend suggested Ashton's and I'm so glad they did,.my court case went on for 4 more years and they helped me through every letter,every appointment,every everything ! Even their amazing secretary julie(bless her) helped me understand parts of letters and explained the process of how the courts worked and totally put me and my family at ease,I really couldnt recommend Ashton's any higher and thank them all from the bottom of my heart x total diamonds :) x
