Wills & Powers of Attorney
I have known Amanda since 2015 when she completed my parents affairs. Having lost my wife, her affairs and my new will and LPA needed updating which she did sequentially to completion. I found her to be very kind and professional in what has been very difficult circumstances. Her relaxed manner goes a long way.

Probate
I have known Ashtons for over 30 years and have always had a very good relationship. Amanda dealt with both of my parents probates and now my late wifes. She builds a strong rapport with me and conducts business in a calm and professional manner. She is very good with people.

My wife and I contacted Ashtons to help with creating updated wills & drafting Health/Welfare and Financial/Property LPA's.

Professional, friendly service

Location of deceased mothers will
Being unable to locate my deceased mothers will Ashtons Legal (Amanda Smitherman) were tasked with helping us in the search for it. We now have possession of the said will and other relevant documents which, without their excellent help, I don't think would have been possible. They were very knowledgeable, approachable and understanding during this stressful time which was greatly appreciated.

Will & LPA
I am extremely grateful to Ashtons Legal in particular to the person looking after me. I could not have wished for anyone else. This person was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, whilst being kind and patient. Nothing was too much trouble and contact and communication was also excellent. Altogether, this person & team allowed for a compassionate but professional handling of my will & lasting power of attorney!
