    I found the transition of my case from Solicitor to another professional (Gail) hard at a partially difficult point in the history for my case. I think if this happens it would be much easier to have at least one face to face meeting offered by the company in order to meet the new person, this makes it much easier to communicate with by email. I was extremely grateful and impressed the quality of service by Samantha Castle. calming professional skills and warm personable manner, it made a huge difference to a very depressing situation.

    Samantha Castle handled my personal injury claim against an old employer after a workplace injury. She was outstanding - extremely knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely could not have achieved the resolution I achieved without her. Although my employed accepted liability immediately, it still took 3 years to reach a settlement - this is 1 year quicker than the national average. Without Samantha’s support throughout this time, I would have given up and simply not bothered. She kept me updated and was totally transparent about costs. She comes across as highly ethical and honest and is a straight talker so you know exactly where you stand. I am so grateful to Samantha and would not hesitate to recommend her. Worth absolutely every penny (and her fee was capped, so totally reasonable).
