Buying a property
I cannot thank Carolyn enough for all she has done throughout our purchase (we are still in the process when writing this review) because she has provided us with numerous responses via email, very quickly and is so reassuring to me that I felt it appropriate to leave this feedback here. Like everyone who enters into buying property it can be very stressful and we've had two that have fallen through before this purchase, which in the past 10 months has not been easy. I would absolutely recommend Carolyn specifically.

Help to Buy Equity Release
Would thoroughly recommend Ashtons. Having used them for initial conveyancing / property purchase, it seemed sensible to also engage them for release of the Help to Buy equity loan. Their service is both prompt, professional and efficient. They took the time to keep me informed of progress, while ensuring the paperwork was completed on time and without any problems.

As efficient as usual
We have used Carolyn Starling for a number of conveyancing transactions and our most recent experience was in common with the previous occasions excellent. Efficient and friendly service
