    Guidance and support with benefit appeal

    Ruth throughly supported my brother and I through the whole process involved in our appeal to have benefits reinstated. She took time to explain everything answering our queries and giving us the confidence to go through with the appeal. She explained the process giving us advice on possible outcomes. With her support we felt able to go through the process. We felt supported. My brother was confused at some stages but Ruth took the time to explain so he understood.
