Amazing

Chanelle - Amazing help

Purchase of my first property
Chanelle was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was prompt with emails and sending over documents and provided regular updates. Chanelle proved to be excellent at liasing with the sellers solicitors and sorting out issues throughout the conveyancing process. She certainly made the process as easy as possible and would 100% recommend to any friends or family.

Exactly what was needed, really appreciated!
Chanelle Rushforth & team helped with my house sale, couldn’t have been smoother. Although buyers solicitor made wrong assumptions, the team responded to my correspondence thoroughly and effectively. The only point of improvement would be if a client hasn’t responded for over a month a reminder might be due as an email with a series of questions from buyers solicitor went into junk which slowed down the process.
