I used these solicitors when selling my home, sadly, the buyer pulled out after 5 months but would certainly use them again when I put my property back on the market in the spring.

During our house move we soon realised there were few decent property solicitors in Harrogate. 1 month into our sale and purchase we had to get rid of ours and the solicitors acting on behalf of our seller and buyer were utterly dreadful, each jeopardising the sale and purchase at several points. They were unqualified and acted in their own interests as opposed to their clients. Were were so lucky to find Charlotte Thomas from Milners. She got to grips with both our sale and purchase, took control and pretty much managed the entire process, leading both of the other parties solitors. She was honest, clear and very supportive and pretty much saved the day. If you are looking for a solicitor for your sale or purchase choose wisely and definitley get in touch with Charlotte and Milners.
