Competitively priced for buying a house. Friendly, polite and professional communication. Prompt replies to emails and always answered the phone. I did chase things regularly as I was kean to get into my first house but was always met with informative replies. Special mentions to Emily Pinchbeck and Jessica Taylor who sorted my process from start to finish and were always willing to help and do the most. Honestly can't believe I've had a positive solicitor experience from what I've heard of other people and experienced from the seller's solicitor for this house purchase. Happy customer will definitely use again 😊

House Sale
Emily took over my sale at the end as the sale went partially through twice before, so third time lucky. Emily was excellent, professional and friendly, quick to answer emails and followed through with any questions I had. Would definitely use again, requesting Emily or Claire.

I would like to thank Jess Orme who did my Will , Hannah Bowes & her team that really helped me through my Divorce & settlement and gave me excellent advice and support throughout and were very professional .
I have just purchased a property and I would like to thank Claire Ward & Emily Pinchbeck for all their help and support and patience ! .
Nothing was too much trouble for Claire and she was always available to answer any questions , problems , etc .

Excellent service- highly recommend
Emily and the team were fantastic, from start to finish for both sale and purchase of property. I cannot recommend them enough. Friendly and helpful
This is the first time we have used Thornton Jones for our house purchase as our usual solicitors were being used by the sellers. We didn’t know what to expect but we needn’t have worried as the process was easy from beginning to end. Clare Ward and Emily Pinchbeck were both excellent and always available to assist . The Thornton Jones app was great and we were kept informed at every step of the way with reminders for us when necessary.
