I would like to thank Danielle Syed for all of her help with the writing of my Will. I would certainly use Elite Law Solicitors again for other legal matters I may have because of the professional but friendly and kind way in which Danielle handled matters. I chose Elite Law Solicitors because I prefer an in person meeting and there are very few Solicitors that offer this service at the moment. They had all of the correct precautions in place to do this and Danielle made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Quick and efficient support provided
Danielle understood our needs immediately and after a short call was able to draft our Deed Of Trust quickly. It was spot on and exactly what we needed to have in place at the same time as the exchange on our new property. This is the second time we've used Elite and I would highly recommend them. Simple Honest Advice
After contacting various other legal companies in an effort to obtain a legally binding document suitable to our requirements, a Declaration of Trust, none of which could accurately advise on or carry out. We googled Declaration of Trust and came across Elite Law.
Optimistically we made contact via the online form.
Astonishingly to our delight we received a call the following day and we were immediately put at ease when it was explained that the Declaration of Trust was indeed what was required.
We were informed that they had a specialist in this field, Danielle Syed.
We arranged a Teams Meeting which took place a few days later.
We explained to Danielle what it was we required and informed her we had made numerous requests with other firms who only advised us it wasn’t possible and tried to steer us in other directions with possible further cost implications and the worry we weren’t going to get what it was we required.
Danielle again confirmed that the Declaration of Trust was the solution. She thoroughly went through our requirements and explained the process, all of which lasted approximately 15 minutes.
Danielle was professional, knowledgeable, precise and extremely pleasant. She totally put us at ease and we knew there and then that we would proceed with Danielle and Elite Law.
Due to our situation, we expressed an urgent finalisation which Danielle had no hesitation in providing.
We received an initial draft which was accurate from our meeting however since our situation had changed slightly we requested an addition to the document. Again this was done promptly with no hesitation. We received the second draft and confirmed this with Danielle. The official documents were duly sent for signing / witnessing.
We were totally satisfied with the service received and would have no hesitation to recommend and use in the future.

I was really impressed with the service from Danielle, as I felt she couldn’t do enough for me. Danielle was extremely approachable and helpful, answering all my questions quickly and simply.
