Our move was across over 200 miles and as we are both in our 70’s now it felt very daunting. However, we had nothing to worry about. Abby was very efficient every step of the way, patiently explaining the process and keeping us calm. Ashton’s Legal are one of the most professional firms of solicitors we have dealt with. If Abby was not available another member of the team knew exactly what was happening. We felt in safe hands throughout the whole process even though it all had to be done remotely because we lived 200 miles away. This is about Abby as opposed to Ashtons. During my sale my life changed quite drastically not only changing things for me but for the purchase and sale of houses. Abbey was so supportive and understanding. Abbey remained professional but also was really human and supported me talking to others involved and when she wasn't in making sure there was someone else to answer my queries. Abbey was also honest with me and explained exactly what was going on. I will definitely be going to Abbey when I am ready to move again.

Honestly the best solicitors I've used in Norwich ( and I've used a fair few!). They were professional, always replied within 24 hours, no chasing needed, not at all patronising and just genuinely really nice people! Highly recommended ( I liaised mainly with Katie Williams and Abby dalzeil). Made the stressful process of buying a house bearable! :)

Thank you Ashtons Legal Norwich Team for getting us through to completion! We were recommended Ashtons Legal by a friend who had excellent service for past conveyancing. I am so glad we had Abby Dalziel working on our conveyancing as we found her to be professional, approachable and proactive. Our house sale turned out to be more complicated than anticipated (due to historic legal work) which meant the conveyancing took longer than expected (with added delays due to the pandemic) but Abby dealt with every issue that came up efficiently and on a number of occasions went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Abby always explained things clearly therefore, we felt informed to make decisions along the way. We always received calls and replies to emails in a timely manner. We found the team worked well together when covering for leave/holidays without a disruption to service.
