AVOID!
AVOID! Awful experience from start to finish. Rude staff who ignored me throughout the process and nearly lost me my home. They’re impossible to get hold of and vanish on important deadline days and fail to relay important updates. I honestly can not stress enough how poor the service was and urge you to look elsewhere for competent solicitors. They cost me thousands of pounds and caused incomparable stress and for their wrongdoings compensated me just £100. Once again… AVOID for your own sake.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
In the process of a purchase, Riccardo Magnante - little to no communication after numerous calls, emails and messages left. Later assured me everything well ("reports produced next few days")and now is working part time.
And then past the case to an less experienced staff member with a heavy workload, who has made multiple commitments and not met any of them.
Assured me at a face to face meeting (at office) I would receive documents the same day.
It is now the next week and cannot be contacted.
I was recommended NBB by two family members, who cannot believe the lack of service.
Please find someone else, for your own mental health, just find someone else.

House Purchase

Steady pair of hands
We chose Riccardo Magnante to act for us to deal with the conveyance of our property, we experienced a few hiccups from our buyers solicitor and surveyor, which in turn lost the property we were going to buy.
Riccardo and his team were very supportive and accommodating,when we found another property, and pulled out all the stops to get a completion date by the end of March,this he achieved, sadly though the vendors were not very helpful and we moved on April 19th.
As we were in temporary accommodation we were constantly on the phone to Riccardo,at all times he was very calm and supportive,keeping us updated with the progress via early morning email or phone.
At all times we found Riccardo and Anita very professional.
We would not hesitate to use Riccardo and team again.
Highly recommend.

Professional, dedicated solicitor
I found Riccardo and his team to be professional and dedicated throughout the conveyancing process.
He was always easy to get hold of and patiently provided me with answers to all my questions.
Riccardo was also very supportive and offered calm, practical advice when our completion was delayed at the very last moment, going out of his way to try to help.
