We’ve been in contact with this firm for a long 11 years and began our journey with Sandra and then transferred over to Sharon. I can not put into words just how professional Sharon is, how compassionate, empathetic and highly knowledgeable she is. No question or query goes unanswered and often after working hours. A friendly face at all conferences and meetings which makes you feel at ease and everything always explained to make sure we’ve understood what’s been spoken about as some of the legal jargon can leave you feeling overwhelmed. We had quite a bit of contact with other professionals/paralegals on the team and everyone has equally been very supportive and helpful. We were very fortunate to have had our daughters legal fees covered by legal aid.

From day one Sharon was meticulous in her detail to gain as much information as she could, this not being an easy case, but she did it with empathy and compassion. I was always kept informed during the process, and was told when I would expect to hear anything. Even during Covid Sharon and her team were still working on the case to obtain the medical experts’ opinions. Sharon’s vast knowledge and experience was clear to me by obtaining the best experts and counsel for my case. It has taken near on 5 years to reach our outcome, but I cannot thank Sharon and her whole team enough for reaching the outcome we did achieve. Dealt with consideration and empathy at all times during which was an extremely difficult time for myself and my family. Would highly recommend Sharon and her team to anyone.
