I felt your service was expensive and poor value. There were delays in sending documents to the notaire in France. There was little new work involved in advising me as this was the same as provided on another occasion

Sale of French property
Although we initially thought that we could manage the sale of our French property without professional help, we now realise that it would have been very risky and stressful. A friend recommended Ashtons and after an introductory meeting we were happy to engage them. The process proceeded smoothly and was completed within the three months predicted by the estate agent.

Sale of Property in France
Dealing with Anne, was always professional and very helpful, as my French is not fluent, she dealt with my French Notaire and agents sorting out any all issues that arose.

Property sale
We were more than happy with the service provided which was always very professional and very efficient. All issues were dealt with in a timely and supportive manner and Anne Hales was a very effective conduit between ourselves and the office of the notaire in France. Her expertise was much appreciated and made the whole transaction a troublefree and successful experience.

Excellent Support with Selling Flat in France
We needed to sell an apartment in France following the death of a family member (so simultaneous sale and succession). Ashtons was recommended as solicitors with good experience of French law and processes, as well as bilingual staff. We worked with Matthew (solicitor) and Anne (paralegal). They were knowledgeable, professional and couldn't have been more helpful, thorough, responsive and just super to deal with - thank you. We would certainly use their services again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.
