Poor service
AVOID!!!!! Ryan Booth was the solicitor for all the cases, with this solicitor I found that you get passed from pillar to post with his admin people. When we were nearer the final hearing Mr Booth proved to be harder and harder to have your calls returned by him. In my experience Ryan Booths instruction were far from clear and if you are new to the court processes go elsewhere.
No time is taken to explain any pros or cons to clients and Mr Booths behaviour boarded on harassing when I said to him I was considering a different solicitor, I asked Mr Booth for time to think and he was texting & calling my contact number still that evening showing no respect to his client. The final straw for me was when I found out a disturbing fact and the reason I will never recommend this Solictor and that is because I have found after the hearing that Ryan Booth has been found to be withholding vital information on the case for many months, one that would have proved a clear conflict of interest in the family case but this Solictor chose to not inform his client with the correct information.
