Today I have just completed on the Sale of my property in Birmingham UK. And I have to say what a fantastic team they all are at John Wilson & Co. And Especially Rani Matharu.
I personally envisaged this to be stressful, especially because I am an overseas client, when in actual fact, due to the technology systems this office has, it enabled me to deal with them, equally as well as being there in person. And inevitably made the sale stress free. I am truly grateful to all involved, and would not hesitate in using John Wilson & Co again in the future, and i certainly Highly recommend them.

I stumbled across John Wilson via an agent and its one of the best decisions I made. They are always available and very professional, I am a first-time buyer and they held my hand the whole way and looked after me. I could not recommend enough.

My wife and I have just bought our first home through JW&Co. We chose them on the basis of the strong reviews online. However, the process for us was not especially smooth or stress free. We were into our 5th month before our purchase was completed, and we received very little communication from them throughout. The only time we got any update, aside from anything absolutely necessary, was when I called and spoke to our solicitor directly. The overall levels of communication were poor, we felt. This made the process stressful, as we had no idea what was going on, or what timeframe they were working to.
We are now moved, and very grateful the process is now finished! If you're not in a hurry, then I'd recommend JW&Co. However, I'd recommend anybody either to shop around a little bit further, or be prepared to be the one making all the calls / sending the emails.

I have been really impressed with the service I received from Fiona Neligan and John Wilson who made the whole process smooth and painless. I received frequent SMS and email updates which meant I was always up-to-date with the progress. This the second time I am using John Wilson & Co for conveyancing and have no hesitation in recommending them.
