An ever improving service
We had used Rowlinsons Solicitors a few years ago when we last moved and they were brilliant then. This time we went to them again and the experience was even better than last time. Myles Power was on top of everything and we were never lagging behind.
The thing that really set them apart though was the app. I work in the estate agency and mortgage industry and deal with a lot of conveyancing solicitors on a daily basis. This is the only form I am aware of that is using an app, and it made life so much easier, we were able to sign and return documents instantly l, we could message Myles directly with any questions and we could recheck and find documents with ease.
Myles and Rowlinsons have set the bar that all conveyancers should strive for, we will absolutely be using them again in future.

Myles Power is amazing
Rowlinson's were recommended to us, by our building company, i'm always dubious of this, but i had no right to be.
from the very beginning on all correspondence from Myles, it was 100% clear, that he was here for us, no one else, we were his clients not the builders. however, the fact that Myles use to work for the builders, and knows the right people, at times felt like we had an added bonus.
when things were tricky, and things outside of our control started to effect the smooth move, Myles spoke to his contacts and explained things, he is the reason we managed to exchange and complete when we did, i am almost certain, that if we used any other solicitors, then the chain would have collapsed.
Myles was always there at the end of the line, his advice was always fantastic and always correct, if anyone i know moves, then i would recommend Myles in a heartbeat.
iv'e know know anyone as professional as hi he, even if at times, things were not going smoothly, we never knew, Myles, remained the ultimate professional.

Exceptional Service
Myles made the home buying process effortless. He was always very prompt on both calls and emails and nothing seemed like too much trouble. He’s a credit to Rowlinsons.

Satisfied client
Just say a belated many thanks for all your help in the sale. It is the longest and most frustrating sale I have ever been involved in. I'm sure you found it equally frustrating particularly as there a large amount of money involved.
