Lucy has specialised in dispute resolution since qualifying as a solicitor in January 2010. Lucy’s particular expertise is in financial services disputes, including mis-selling claims, acting primarily for claimants but also for defendants where there are insurance coverage issues. Lucy also has experience in professional negligence claims, having acted in a number of high value cases against accountants and solicitors. She can also assist with a range of property related matters, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant cases (repossession, eviction, forfeiture, dilapidations) as well as some non-contentious matters including drafting and advising on tenancy agreements. She is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association, the Financial Services Lawyers’ Association and Women in Banking and Finance.
