Injury at work
Claudia and her team took me step by step through the process of an injury at work claim after sustaining a fractured elbow and requiring an elbow replacement. Her knowledge, professionalism and guidance made the whole experience less stressful. Claudia worked very hard to reach an agreeable outcome and I would highly recommend Claudia to anyone.

Personal Injury Claim
When my elderly mother sustained injuries due to a negligent taxi driver, I chose Ashtons on recommendation from a colleague. Work injury , slipped on a wet floor
Was very reluctant to take my case to make a claim , nevertheless my injury went on to me having 2 operations . Was on my doctors advice I went ahead with making a claim . A friend referred me to Ashtons and as I had never needed any legal representation before so made the decision to use them .
From the very beginning I have been contacted on regular intervals with an update of what happening with my case , new information was given to me regularly so I always knew what stage my claim was at . It has now come to an end with very pleasing results .
I would like to thank Claudia Thain in particular for all of her professionalism and kind manner with my case as there were a few times when I was unwell during this time , she always had reassuring words to keep me going and up to date with what I needed to do at all times .
Should in the future I need professional legal help again I would not hesitate to Let Claudia and her team represent me again , a big thank you .
