Having used many different solicitors in the past, I have to say that Warner Goodman were excellent in completing my remortage on a tight timescale. John Blake was fantastic in making sure it happened on time. I would defiantly recommend these solicitors and John thank you so much for all your help it is greatly appreciated! I look forward to working with you again soon!

Commercial Property
We were buying our first house and the support was great and everything was explained to us. Amelia was on it with all the documents and replied very quickly to emails which was perfect.

I was pleased with your service. We were in quite a long chain and I heard other people’s complaints about their solicitors but I found Warner Goodman to be very efficient. At one point staff were away/on leave and there was a seamless transition with other staff. It was also easy to contact staff.

The sale of my house was processed fairly quickly but the purchase of my flat seemed to take forever. Not sure what caused the delay - possibly leasehold problems.
