Abigail is a Trainee Solicitor at Wollens, having joined the firm’s North Devon office in October 2022. Her first Training Contract seat has been within the Private Client department, in which she has been dealing primarily with Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney under the supervision of Karen Miller. Abigail’s subsequent seats are set to be within the firm’s Family and Employment law departments. She is very much looking forward to the rest of her training at Wollens, with aspirations of qualifying as a solicitor with the firm following her training period. Abigail graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a 1st class honours Bachelor of Law degree. Following this, she remained at Cardiff University for a further year to study her Legal Practice Course, graduating with a distinction in 2022. Having grown up in North Devon, Abigail decided to return to the area in June 2022 to begin her solicitor training.

About Abigail Roode
