My daughter was referred to Alexandra in 2023 due to being a victim of a car crash, that hurt her so badly that she required 10 blood transfusions, induced coma, and 9 days in hospital. My daughter now only has one kidney due to the crash. Alexandra is an amazing Solicitor!!!! She came to meet me at the hospital, and was so kind and understanding, and she made sure that I fully understood everything that I was signing on my daughters behalf. Alexandra has been so patient with me and my daughter, and has shown us compassion and respect throughout our involvement. I felt that Alexandra went above and beyond to ensure that her client, and her clients parent were fully informed, and felt supported. Thank you so much.

I came to Ashtons via a car accident insurance claim, and like the majority of people, this was something that was new to me, so it was very daunting to say the least. Alexandra's helpful, knowledgeable and friendly manner was extremely welcomed. Though the case took 6yrs to conclude, I was never made to feel like any question was silly or something I should already know. Alexandra always answered and explained any reasons fully, not once did I feel pressured or unsupported.
