After 18 months of torture following a horrible separation and floundering around with a number of awful lawyers clearly only interested in getting paid I stumbled across Brian at Elite Law. As with most lawyers I got the one hour free intro phone call but I knew I was on the right track when the hour was well and truly over but he still called me back to finish the story and I genuinely felt that he heard me and understood what I was going through. In the following days he came back to me with a plan and reassured me that he knew what to do and this turned out to be true. Over the following months he continued to reassure me that my position was solid and explained the law and his plan for what to do. He communicated well despite probably having many other clients and the advice he gave me turned out to be exactly the right thing to do which ended with a far more positive result than I had reconciled myself with when we first spoke. I would never have thought to do what we did but it got me the right result and I am forever grateful. Brian was part therapist at the beginning and part friend at the end and it was worth every penny.

Brian has been brilliant in sorting out a Cohabitation Agreement involving my partner, my brother, his wife, and me. Very knowledgeable, pointing out things none of us had thought of, pros and cons, explaining legal jargon in layman’s terms, along with being professional, friendly, supportive, and patient. He was great when things became stressful, handling them in a diplomatic and calm way and dissipating tensions. I would definitely use Brian in the future if the need arose and would highly recommend him.

We had three households joining together to buy and live in one property. We wanted a formal agreement to determine our rights and obligations. We provided Brian Fraser with a brief on what we believed we wanted and Brian devised a co-habitation agreement for us. With a couple of revisions we finalised the agreement. Communications were very good too. Excellent service from Brian and the firm at a fair charge.
