I would like to pass on my profound gratitude to the team at Wolferstans Plymstock, Plymouth. It was a protracted sale made difficult from leaseholder and lease owner inactivity and lack of communication. But the team (Ebenezer Ola, Helen Strydom, Rhys Bresland, Leonie Rowe and Claire Booth) at Wolferstans worked hard to progress the sale and I was extremely grateful for their efforts.

My experience of Wolferstand has been great
I have felt like I could leave in their hands to deal with and needed not to worry about anything. They have kept me informed all the way through. My case went from what should have been a simple matter, to quite long and drawn out. Lydia Wilkinson was extremely helpful throughout the process and in guiding me through a few difficult scenarios. Always offering clear information on how to proceed. I am very grateful to her for the way she dealt with things, and would reccommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.
When finally matters were drawing to a close I was also helped by the property team working under Helen Strydom who were all very good. That team communicates well, with regular updates where needed. The information around who is in and when, is clear and easy to keep track of. Meaning should I have needed to clarify anything I always knew where to go.
Overall really happy with Wolferstans and will not hesitate to go with them in the future.

Sale of No 7 Fore Street St Cleer
Helen, Leonie and the team were excellent in providing a very efficient and professional service. Communication and advice was clear and any questions were dealt with straight away giving us full confidence in the service they provided. Brilliant, I recommend!
I found both Leonie Helen great, they got everything done very professionally and I am glad I chose wolferstans. Can I also say, every time I dropped off documents to reception, reception always had a warm welcome and were really friendly. I think this business chose its staff very well.
Also the price I was quoted was the exact price I paid, and it's clear from the start which I think is very helpful.

Highly recommend
