I have been in litigation for exactly 2 years, I done my homework and researched law companies. The choice i made to employ Barcan Kirby 2 years ago was the best decision i ve made.

Ours was a very tricky probate case, in which a family member died without a will and a member of the family made themselves executor without consulting anyone. We knew it was going to problematic and had already been turned down by one law firm. Mark at Barcan & Kirby, was professional, approachable and endlessly patient, particularly as I was the go-between, between him and the client, my mother-in-law, who is elderly, partially deaf and for whom English is not her first language. The case took two years, was desperately difficult, but Mark never gave up and guided us quietly through what was a very trying minefield. We will be forever grateful that we had his knowledge and experience to call on. I would trust this company with any family difficulties that involve sensitivity and require a lorry load of trust.

Our probate case was tricky, controversial and problematic. It involved no will and a member of the family who had made themselves executor, was at odds with the rest of the family, was not communicating properly and was at time hostile.
Mark was approachable, professional and courteous at all times. We had already had one company refuse to take on the case, so we were very grateful to Mark for not only agreeing to take our case, but sticking with us. I was not the client directly, but acting on behalf of my mother-in-law, which involved me acting as go-between. Mark made this as easy as it could be and was very helpful in simplifying what I needed to explain to someone who was finding it difficult to understand. After two years of protracted negotiations and much patience, we succeeded, which we will be forever be grateful. Without Mark, we would have given up quickly. I would trust this company with anything difficult and sensitive and how often in these times, can you say that?
