    Very helpful resolving contentious probate

    My family were having difficulty communicating with the executor of an estate to conclude distribution of funds. FDC law were very helpful advising what action we could take and issuing appropriate correspondence to get things moving promptly.

    I have had excellent support and guidance throughout the whole process pf drawing up a new will. I was completely confident in my solicitor. He showed excellent judgement when advising me on how my needs and wishes could best be met. He very accurately identified the key issues relating to my estate. The final will reflected my wishes exactly and supporting documentation was provided.

    Outstanding Service!

    Initial correspondence was with Paige. An appointment was made to renew our Wills with Emma. Emma was professional and friendly. She offered great advice. Emma also has a great sense of humor which was helpful when undertaking a Will! We were kept up to date with each step. Signing the Wills was straight forward. We would recommend.

    Instructed Solicitor Malcolm Gibbs at FDC law to obtain probate after my mother's death and cannot be faulted friendly, fast, and very helpful. Following on we instructed FDC lawyer Stuart Roxborough to act on our behalf to sale my deceased mothers house and again the service was first class. Both Malcolm and Stuart were very approachable tolerant and understanding to our needs in difficult circumstances, Will hesitate to use FDC law in the future.
