They are all so lovely to deal with on the phone....friendly, helpful and patient through which has been a very frustrating time, which I wouldn't have wished on anyone!

Claire (and her team) have been exceptionally supportive with the sale of my property. We had a few hiccups along the way, but she dealt with these in a thoroughly professional manner. I was also really impressed with how whenever I spoke to Claire, I never felt rushed and she always took the time to answer any questions I had. In the past I have dealt with solicitors who you either can never get hold of, or then rush you off the phone when you are speaking to them. Claire was a breath of fresh air!
If it wasn't for the fact I have moved to Scotland, I would continue to use Claire and her team going forward.

Would highly recommend Claire Bell and her team at Pelly's. Claire had excellent communication, keeping us up to date with everything as we went through our house sale process, the team was thorough and excellent with their responses. It made such a difference having a friendly and hard-working team to rely on during such a stressful time. 10/10, wouldn't go to anyone else!!

Claire and her team were approachable and helpful throughout my house sale process, which had a number of challenges to manage, all were resolved.
A minor point is that there were a couple of instances where calls were not returned as promptly as I would have liked I expect due to other urgent matters bring a priority, but anything urgent was dealt with when needed.
I would be happy to use this firm again in the future.
