We recently purchased our home with the support of Blandy & Blandy Solicitors, and in particular, Pam, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. From start to finish, Pam was an absolute joy to work with. She demonstrated an outstanding level of commitment, professionalism and dedication, and no task ever felt too big or too complicated. What really stood out was her ability to translate complex legal language into clear, understandable terms, always making us feel informed and supported rather than overwhelmed. Pam and her team are amazing!!! Pam is very knowledgeable, quick to respond to the buyers solicitors and kept us in the loop every step of the way. After enquiring about a quote, Pam called us and gave valuable advice tailored to our situation which other solicitors had not done. Without Pam's knowledge and communication I am certain my sale would not have succeeded (we were contending with lease issues and incompetent solicitors on the buyers side). I cannot recommend Claire Clarke highly enough. She was an incredible support to me throughout what was an extremely challenging, complicated and emotionally difficult divorce. Claire remained calm, composed and professional at all times, even in the face of some very inflammatory correspondence from my ex-husband’s solicitor and barrister. I always felt that she was firmly on my side, while also giving me measured, sensible and honest advice. It was very important to me to maintain a degree of decorum, dignity and integrity throughout the proceedings, despite how difficult things became, and Claire was instrumental in helping me to do that. She never allowed the behaviour of others to affect her own professionalism, and I always felt reassured that matters were being handled thoughtfully and appropriately. Divorce proceedings can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, and having Claire’s experience, professionalism and calm support made a huge difference to me. I am extremely grateful for everything she did for me and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone going through a difficult divorce or financial proceedings.
