Having just dealt with BWK in renewing our wills, dealing with Lucy was a joy, all of our questions were answered very professionall y and any queries were explained clearly, and where there was an option that also was made very clear what those option were. Overall the whole process was seamless and not as daunting as we first thought. The corespondance from Lucy was prompt and very efficient, also our dealings with Sophia were just as good, any E mails were replied to also very promptly. Overall we were very pleased with the service from BWK and in particular Lucy, and would definitely recommend the service we recieved from BWK

Used these solicitors for a probate matter. I found the client care lacked, had to chase up progress and at one point was given excuse that nothing had been done on my case for several weeks due to the work load of other cases they had. A few errors had to be drawn to their attention when it came to completing important documents. The conveyancing side for sale of related property had hardly any communication and i had to rely on my brilliant estate agent to drive the tranaction to fruition. All in all I would not use again.

Very good. I really think everything is too automated. While the purchase was done well the outstanding issue re Deed of Variation we now has to start a separate project and I have to waste my time going onto the BWK site to start things again. I don’t do this with other solicitors. Rather bureaucratic.

BWK overlooked the management of my late father's estate and the conveyancing of my father's property. Johanna Knott and Lorraine Wilde and their respective teams within BWK were excellent, personable, empathetic and providing clear advice, completing prompt actions when required. Excellent clear communications in a timely manner, especially as I live 65 miles away, which was appreciated. They showed to have excellent business relationship with local businesses required to work with on our behalf. Good and transparent fees. Overall I would thoroughly recommend BWK to use if you live in the South Bucks / Chilterns area for your legal requirements.
