Faith & Nicolle were a superb duo throughout our second house purchase, which was appreciated since our previous solicitors were horrendous. Faith & Nicolle kept me up to date throughout, from start to finish, and ensured we worked closely to deadlines set. The whole process was completed in less than 4 months, and this was down to their quick work behind the scenes. They were extremely quick with responses, and always on the end of the phone when needed. We have already referred a family member to BWK, who is also experiencing the same level of service. Informative, proactive and professional throughout. When discussing solicitors regarding a house sale all I have ever heard and experienced are negatives with no genuinely good firm able to be recommended. They have beyond surpassed my expectations and I will be using BWK for anything I need in future.

This is the first Solicitor we have ever used who has been proactive with supporting on a house sale. Abigail Freeman from the Stone office was available, helpful, efficient and communicative. Absolutely excellent, and we will use again.

On behalf of my daughter, I would not recommend this company. We instructed them in June to handle the flat purchase. After 13 weeks, just as we were awaiting exchange, the Director Eleanor informed us of an internal "oversight" and that the firm was not insured to act on a building of this height. Subsequently, they instantly withdrew from the transaction and told us to find another solicitor. Inevitable, the delay caused the sellers to lose confidence and withdraw from the sale, resulting in my daughter losing the property through no fault of her own. Eleanor will not refund my daughter for the wasted searches and so we have referred the matter to The Legal Ombudsman to consider appropriate redress. Eleanor just couldn't see that is was unreasonable for my daughter to bear ANY cost, when the transaction failed as a direct result of her firms negligence and professional failing.
