I met Usman Khan of BWK for the first time 3 months ago, the purpose of the meeting was to update my own and my wife's Wills. Over a period of 6 weeks we met with Usman, faca to face, and spoke by telephone and exchanged emails. Every communication was carried out in an extremely friendly and efficient way, and the overall service we received was exceptional. We will certainly use BWK again, particularly if Usman is available to deal with us.

Very good. I really think everything is too automated. While the purchase was done well the outstanding issue re Deed of Variation we now has to start a separate project and I have to waste my time going onto the BWK site to start things again. I don’t do this with other solicitors. Rather bureaucratic.

BWK overlooked the management of my late father's estate and the conveyancing of my father's property. Johanna Knott and Lorraine Wilde and their respective teams within BWK were excellent, personable, empathetic and providing clear advice, completing prompt actions when required. Excellent clear communications in a timely manner, especially as I live 65 miles away, which was appreciated. They showed to have excellent business relationship with local businesses required to work with on our behalf. Good and transparent fees. Overall I would thoroughly recommend BWK to use if you live in the South Bucks / Chilterns area for your legal requirements.

This was my first time working with BWK, initially choosing them as they were local. However on top of having local presence, the quality of engagement has been first class - both through due diligence as well as speed of execution. They've also simply been a pleasure to work with!
Jackie and Marilyn have both been excellent, with great communication and advice at every step of the way. Our purchase and sale each had issues / complications but Jackie managed all of them perfectly, provided great advice and solutions to each and stood her ground for us when required.
