    I have been using another legal firm in Milton Keynes for several years , however the transaction was purchasing a company so decided to approach healds for another quotation From the initial contact to a very complicated and protracted conclusion the company especially David and Alex have been first class .     Alex and David were outstanding

    We choose Heald initially because of locality and a very positive and responsive initial conversation, having talked with another 2 firms prior. Heald from day one understood us completely, and were always quick to help with anything we needed and progress. They worked quickly and communicated clearly. Alex and David were able to understand the most complex of documents and translate them into terms which I understood. Most importantly, the communication, attitude, knowledge, speed and response at all times was impressive. They offered advice based on experience of previous situations and giving us the strongest but fairest representation possible. On many occasions agreement clauses within the deal we were undertaking looked fair or standard; Heald would always be astute in educating and warning me to their implications. Nothing was ever missed. Fleeting, almost hidden, but important details within 50 page documents would be picked up and discussed, and the comprehensiveness of the service was something we quickly become accustomed too. I always felt like we were in good hands and never worried about things being missed. When the pace of the arrangement picked up, so did Alex, and we'd be exchanging emails late at night at times. He was always a pleasure to work with, which is imperative when spending so much time, and working very closely, together. The locality was important for us initially, but it didn't need to be. We could have met in person but it was never really required. If you are looking for a company to represent you in mergers for SMB; I seriously doubt you would find another firm like this anywhere in the country. The value for money was outstanding for the service received. I have no doubt that if we had gone anywhere but Heald, we would not have reached the best possible deal on both sides. I want to sincerely thank you, in particular Alex, for the absolutely exceptional work you did for us, and hope this review helps anyone looking for representation feel like they have found the right firm for them.

    We were encouraged by Resort Properties/Silverpoint to invest in timeshare. They always said it would be an investment and would be easily resold; this was far from the case. From our own protracted but unsuccessful attempts to address the matter, we engaged the services of Lincoln Green. We submitted all the relevant documentation in support of a claim involving Barclays. We were always kept up to date with progress and were delighted with the successful outcome.       Divorce = Dread, Horror, Trauma... Actually with the help of the brilliant Julia Amson, my divorce was made simple and trouble free.       I had an excellent experience with Heald solicitors and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone buying a property through the auction route. Alejandra Lopez-Chang handled my conveyancing and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I had secured an additional 20 working days to complete on top of the usual 20 working days allowed when buying at auction, but because I was purchasing the property with a mortgage, I was still very concerned about whether everything would be completed in time. Alejandra was fantastic throughout and managed to get everything completed well within the deadline, which gave me enormous peace of mind. She was always available when I needed to speak with her, kept me updated regularly, and made me feel completely reassured throughout the entire process. Buying through auction as a consumer can feel daunting, particularly when using a mortgage, but Alejandra’s professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency made the whole experience far smoother and less stressful than I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Healdlaw Limited to anyone needing conveyancing support, and especially to anyone purchasing through auction. Here’s a slightly shorter version as well, in case you want something that feels a bit more natural for Google Reviews: I had a brilliant experience with Healdlaw Limited and would highly recommend them. Alejandra Lopez-Chang handled my conveyancing and was excellent throughout the whole process. As I was buying an auction property with a mortgage, I was quite worried about completing on time, even though I had secured extra time from the seller. Alejandra was incredibly efficient, always available when I needed to speak to her, kept me regularly updated, and managed to complete well within the deadline. She made the whole process feel far less stressful and gave me complete reassurance from start to finish. I would especially recommend Healdlaw Limited to anyone buying through the auction route.
