I had an excellent experience with Healdlaw Limited and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone buying a property through the auction route. Alejandra Lopez-Chang handled my conveyancing and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I had secured an additional 20 working days to complete on top of the usual 20 working days allowed when buying at auction, but because I was purchasing the property with a mortgage, I was still very concerned about whether everything would be completed in time. Alejandra was fantastic throughout and managed to get everything completed well within the deadline, which gave me enormous peace of mind. She was always available when I needed to speak with her, kept me updated regularly, and made me feel completely reassured throughout the entire process. Buying through auction as a consumer can feel daunting, particularly when using a mortgage, but Alejandra’s professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency made the whole experience far smoother and less stressful than I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Healdlaw Limited to anyone needing conveyancing support, and especially to anyone purchasing through auction. We were encouraged by Resort Properties/Silverpoint to invest in timeshare. They always said it would be an investment and would be easily resold; this was far from the case. From our own protracted but unsuccessful attempts to address the matter, we engaged the services of Lincoln Green.
