Whilst we are sorry to hear that you feel that the service fell short of your expectations, a full internal review of your matter confirms that there were external factors that caused unavoidable delays and although our fee earners will have extensive caseloads, BWK Solicitors prides itself on insuring that our clients are informed and involved throughout. It is clear from the matter that no unreasonable delay has been caused that was unexplained. All issues were reported and all documents will have been sent to you to ensure accuracy and seek amendment. This is normal procedure so that BWK can ensure that you can make effective decisions on how to progress the matter particularly where the unforeseeable happens as was evident from the files. Whilst we fully understand that the delays will have caused frustration during a very difficult and emotive time, they were unavoidable and beyond the control of BWK Solicitors in this instance. Though there were delays caused externally it was through the knowledge and experience of the fee earners involved that, notwithstanding these external factors, they could bring about the successful completion of the matter.
