I engaged THB to obtain probate for my late father as I am executor, however the formal paperwork received shows myself as the deceased, not a great start

Lauren made this daunting task easy and understandable to my wife and myself who are both in our eighties. My wife is housebound so Lauren came to us and was very professional and explained the process in simple terms. We were very pleased with the service we received and would certainly recommend THB.

We’ve recently sold and bought a property and used Verity through a recommendation. We can’t fault the service or the price. Verity was fantastic at keeping us up to date, responding always within the day wed made contact, working hard for getting our sale through and made a very stressful life event that bit less stressful. No hidden fees either which wasn’t the experience we’d had in the past. I’ve already recommended Verity to people who are looking for a conveyancer and will continue to do so. I can’t stress enough that we had NO issues, even our estate agents said how great Verity is to work with.
