Commissioned Lowick McKay to create the Lasting Powers of Attorney for my wife and myself naming our two sons as trustees. Unfortunately Lowick McKay entered the wrong date of birth on the online application for one of my sons. Contacted them two weeks ago to discuss the issue created by their error and despite three phone calls and two emails nobody has as yet got back to me. Their fee was quite substantial so would expect some kind of response.
Aliyah is an excellent solicitor who dealt with the conveyancing of my new home in a professional & timely manner, delivering a high quality service with good & clear communication throughout. My wife and I recently had our wills re-written by Bernadette at the above branch, we also had two LPA's drawn up for us both at the same time. Everything was dealt with in an extremely professional manner by Bernadette and in a very short space of time, plus we were kept informed of progress throughout by the administration staff. I would also like to add that the total charges were extremely more than reasonable in our opinion. Upon walking into the office from the street you are immediately met by two very pleasant ladies, plus there is also an air of calm professionalism from both that puts immediately you at ease. I have no problem whatsoever in recommending Lowick McKay Solicitors (Gatley) to anyone who wants either a Will or LPA service carried out at both a reasonable cost and in a professional manner.
