Non stop stres. Never call me and let my case go cold for over a year because of an internal issue theu caused through incompetence. Honestly these lot are jokers. Absolute children running this show
They have not paid the full compensation owed to me! A bunch of greedy, money making so called ‘lawyers’! Do not use them under any circumstances! A total sham! No communication, several mistakes made along the way and no professionalism shown!
Excellent service kept informed all of the time when needed
Bitt and co strung my case against BA out for a year writing me 20 emails assuring me my case was strong and they would fight it. They ignored 6 of my emails over the year and repeatedly sent me maybe 20 copies of the same email. After 1 YEAR, they said they wouldn't fight my claim on the basis agreed after all. Do not use these ambulance chasing sharks and their reviews on feefo are paid for lies too

This was my first interaction with Bott and Co, and I spoke with Tanya, who was extremely professional and thorough. She took the time to gather all the necessary details and clearly explained the process, including the percentage the solicitors would take from my claim. So far, I’m very satisfied with the service. Stay away At all Costs This company is not a professional company. They don't do anything until you chase them up, I had to email them each time and they would email back they will get back but each time nothing was done my case took more than 1 year and 7 months or so. I had to constantly call them or email them. Very frustrating. They send me to so many different medical institutions and each time it felt like the case was being started again from the beginning. They kept asking same questions. My back was damaged and I was in so much pain and in the end they just recovered £500 for me which was equivalent to the transport for all the travel I made to different medical institutions. Stay away.

We also obtained further medical evidence, which required access to your medical records. This is a standard part of the process and can take additional time as we are reliant on third parties. Settlement values under the Official Injury Claim process are set by a fixed tariff. The offer you accepted reflected this and was agreed by you prior to settlement and unfortunately, we are unable to dispute the tariff amounts. While we acknowledge the claim took longer than expected, there were periods where we were unable to progress matters due to delays in receiving your instructions and confirmation in relation to your medical evidence.
