Useless. They closed flight compensation claim (after a 3 month wait) their excuse was I hadn’t responded. I’ve send multiple (acknowledged) emails and all the information they required. A waste of time They never answer the phone or return calls

Thought I’d try Bott&co with no expectation of ever receiving any compensation or winning case as was against a well known airline. But Boot &co responded to emails, kept communication open and preserved over a couple of years to win compensation but more so gave me the satisfaction that the airline were in the wrong.

This is second time we have used Bott & Co after our flights were delayed & airline refused to pay out. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. They fought both cases for us & won. We didn’t need to call them at all as everything was done by email & they kept us informed every step of the way. It was so easy. I contacted Bott and Co on 2 occasions, giving very specific information would should result in denied boarding claims to be processed. In both occasions they have ignored emails and phone calls, saying they will follow up, but never do. I can't speak to their service, since they didn't bother contacting me after my enquirers, but I can advise that if this is how they treat potential customers, then I believe the service they provide to customers is also substandard.

I have tried to contact Bott and Co on numerous occasions to try and cancel my motor finance claim that I didn’t even realise I had submitted with them, I put my details in to see if I could claim on one car finance and all of a sudden I’m having emails regarding multiple finance claims. Bott and Co have just sent me what appears to be an automated email back twice which details how there will be fees for cancelling which details units costing £17.50. Each time I ask what these would be I don’t get a response, I’m starting to get quite worried about this and just want to cancel my claims with them.

If you would like to cancel your claim, you can find full details of your cancellation rights and how our withdrawal costs work in our Terms and Conditions. This information is also available on our website. Please email motorfinanceclaims@bottonline.co.uk to cancel your claim. Our Terms & Conditions explain that our service is “no win, no fee”, meaning you only pay our fees if we successfully recover compensation for you. If you withdraw within 14 days, then we will close your file at no cost to you. However, If you withdraw after 14 days and before your claim concludes, you are responsible for the reasonable costs of the work completed up to that point. This follows Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidance. If you choose to withdraw, we will prepare a full breakdown showing the exact work completed and the associated cost.
