Bitt and co strung my case against BA out for a year writing me 20 emails assuring me my case was strong and they would fight it. They ignored 6 of my emails over the year and repeatedly sent me maybe 20 copies of the same email. After 1 YEAR, they said they wouldn't fight my claim on the basis agreed after all. Do not use these ambulance chasing sharks and their reviews on feefo are paid for lies too
Very professional and clearly have specialists for each type of claim. Each member of staff provided clear and factual details of how my claim was progressing and what I should expect to happen. Any queries were dealt with promptly. If I should have need of legal assistance in the future it will be Bott & Co.

Bott+Co kept us up to date from time to time. Slow process but we got the compensation we were due in the end!

Call handler clarified everything regarding the claim and was very clear. I felt confident that I was in good hands and all the intricate details were clarified.
