    Efficient and easy to work with

    I have had a first class experience with PSR. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite making the process efficient and easy for me. The online portal is a great way to keep track without having to speak to the team at PSR but knowing I could at any time was all I needed.

    Simply Brilliant - Daniel Mallen is a credit to PSR Solicitors.

    I'm sitting in our new house this evening having completed today. I truly do not believe we would have completed today or before xmas had it not been for Dan and his hard work and persistence to get it over the line. It has been very testing with other solicitors in the chain holding things up and simply not responding, but Dan always chased multiple times and picked up on any errors they made. Dan was super friendly, curteous, explained things really well and always very quick to respond to emails and queries. I would use PSR again in a heartbeat and would personally ask for Dan. I have had very bad experiences in the past with solicitors but Dan has single handedly changed that perception. I will be reccommending PSR Solicitors Chester to all my friends and family as Dan has made this process so easy and quick. I will be leaving a glowing google review also! Many thanks Dan and PSR Solicitors from George & Keira.

    I was so pleased with PSR solicitors, all the people I spoke with from the receptionist to the solicitor dealing with my case were so friendly, informative and very professional from the first meeting to the final conclusion. I was kept informed as the case progressed, and the final compensation I received was better than I expected. I would defiantly use PSR again if I ever needed a solicitor.

    Can't fault them at all, really class service from Donna and the team, would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future. I'm sure we can all agree solicitors are useless and extortionate the majority of the time. Not these guys however.

      All staff appear to work together and give honest appraisals. This makes the whole experience comfortable, which gives the client confidence and support.       We had an amazing experience using PSR for the purchase of our new home. We had a really poor experience with the solicitors we used for our sale, so we decided to use PSR for our onward purchase and we are so pleased we did. Debbie & Donna are amazing - they are responsive and on the ball, I didn’t feel like I had to constantly chase them to move the sale along as they were already doing what needed to be done. When I did contact them, they were friendly & it came across like they cared about us as their clients, which is unusual for solicitors. I cannot recommend them highly enough & we will be using them again for our will & for any future house sales / purchases. Thank you both! Imogen & Calvin

      Fantastic experience with an odd issue with my house registry. Karl Lewis was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not only finding out what the problem was really (wasn't what I thought it was) but also relentlessly chased the issue resolution. Finding him and this company was a blessing. Important to say that this is also a very organised company in general. There is a very useful online system that tracks progress of your case, the answers are quick and of course Karl is incredibly competent.

      What a fantastic experience! Speed and Efficiency: I completed everything on the same day that I contacted PSR Solicitors. It was a Stress-free process with professional and friendly staff: Big thanks to Emily Smallwood and Alyssia King for their calmness, friendliness and professionalism. Value for Money: The firm charged me £10 for the notarised documents, while the others firms were asking above the £5-£10 rate for this service. I contacted a number of different solicitors who were asking £30 - £120 for the same service (e.g. Sara Janion, Notary Public, Russell & Russell and a few others). PSR Solicitors Chester are a professional and honest firm that I highly recommend to everyone.
