"Fantastic" service from Bronwen Lloyd-Roberts at PSR Solicitors. I needed my ex-partner's name off the joint ownership and mortgage of my home which she dealt with , she also dealt with my re-mortgage and transfer deeds etc etc. Bronwen did everything required and I am extremely grateful for everything she has done. Tanya truly came to the rescue when my original solicitor informed me they could no longer act on my property purchase. She provided me with a quote right away and moved at impressive speed to get my case underway. When it came to exchange, we faced an unexpected challenge in receiving confirmation from the lender that funds would be available for the completion date. Tanya worked tirelessly with both the lender and my mortgage broker to resolve the issue, and thanks to her persistence and dedication, the confirmation came through — literally just in time! Brilliant team at PSR Wrexham, Fantastic communication throughout. Bronwen was great, worked hard to meet a deadline to get the sale completed as fast as possible. Grace recently dealt with the sale of my late mother-in-law’s property. From the outset she was very professional and approachable. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Unfortunately the first sale fell through and true to their terms we weren’t charged for the work undertaken. Grace kept in touch while the case was in abeyance to check on progress. The second sale went through quickly without any issues. PSR also use a system Hoowla which allows you to receive ‘Daily Digest’ emails when recent activity has been undertaken on your case which is an excellent tool to keep you updated. Excellent firm to deal with and would highly recommend them.

5 stars for PSR Solicitors! We recently used them for buying our first home, and Daniel Mallen was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but Daniel explained everything so clearly. He was always on hand to answer our endless questions and got back to us so quickly whenever we got in touch. The online portal was also a game-changer- it was very easy to log on and check exactly where we were up to with things at any time.
