    Very happy with my experience with Wragg Mark Bell. Starting off with excellent comms from paralegal Nicole, polite, swift and concise replies to my queries. A pleasure to deal with via both email and telephone call. Then in terms of the legal advice given by Nick Kennon, absolutely first rate - exceptionally knowledgeable in firearms, provided realistic and actionable advice in an easy to understand fashion. Also a very friendly yet highly professional solicitor. I could not have asked for a better experience. Regarding pricing I found WMB to be very competitively priced, and I believe what I paid was extremely fair for the service provided. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to others. Thankyou!

    I'm so glad that I chose this firm to handle a very sensitive process of moving me to my new home. Rebecca and Jess have been absolutely fantastic at being responsive and dealing with my worries and putting me at ease. These ladies are an absolute credit to Wragg Mark-Bell!     I recently used Wragg Mark-Bell for my sale and purchase, dealing with Wednesday Jones, their licensed conveyancer. They dealt with the matter efficiently and professionally, keeping me informed at all times of any developments which was especially important considering they are based in Carlisle and I am near London. The matters went very smoothly which I can attribute to Wednesday's attention to detail and excellent communication with all parties. I would definitely recommend using the firm (specifically Wednesday if she is available) and will be using them going forwards for other legal matters.

    My wife and I retained WMB to do the conveyancing for the sale of her parents house. Despite living 250 miles away and doing nearly everything by phone and e-mail, the service we received from Rosie Negus was excellent, timely and very professional. Rosie answered all of our questions and, in the final stretch when the buyer wanted to move to a quick completion, was able to meet those timescales. The whole team at WMB are friendly and very easy to work with.

      I got into my house in a timely fashion, but had *I* been less organised, I doubt it would have been the case. I found my conveyancer quite detached from proceedings, difficult to communicate with and at times errors were made over silly little things (misreading paperwork, misspelling of my name) that caused me a huge amount of stress unnecessarily. I can only imagine that the conveyancer must have too high of a case load for this to happen. Otherwise, it does not seem that they were qualified for the task. Despite knowledge of my completion date over 2 weeks before, exchange wasn't attempted until 2 days before and was delayed to the point that it had to happen on completion day, and I was told the day before that completion may not occur. This was 2 days before my eviction date at my previous property. I found Laura, the solicitor, communicative and I found Carla, the paralegal, helpful on the phone. My conveyancer would not elicit the same praise. I would be cautious in using this company.

      Hi Maia, thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear you felt this was not met in your interaction with our business. With regard to exchange dates, both sides of the transaction will set a date that they will work towards for exchange. This date is changeable depending on how the transaction proceeds. In your case we were ready to exchange on the agreed date however the firm of solicitors who were acting on the other side were not, they were still awaiting information from their mortgage lender, until this had been received, they were not in a position to finalise an exchange and completion date. With regard to your other comments as a firm this is something we are looking into promptly to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

      So this company completed my work quickly no doubt on their efficiency. The customer service I recieved from my solicitor was poor. I completed all paperwork and sent it back immediately (the same day) per my solicitors request and then 3 days later I recieved an email basically telling me off for not sending back the forms so I took a screenshot of the email I had actually sent with the documents attached and all I got was "I haven't received it because there are too many attachments in the email and I need to send the attachments in a few emails" I got no apology nothing for their error, I was told to send paperwork via email but they failed to say they had a limit on how many attachments per email their server could cope with. Both me and my husband have a young family, full time jobs and work shifts so we weren't able to do all the jobs at the exact time the solicitor asked and we constantly got snotty emails back. Just not professional in my opinion and even when we asked a question it just seemed too much of an effort for her to answer and reply
