Had meeting after liaising via email , they seemed happy to take the case on. Had several meetings cancelled to get the ball rolling, then totally ghosted me. No call back when I called the office and left a message, no email responses. Was dealing with something very urgent and was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism... Well Taylor and Emmet now have my business and couldn't be more happier with their work ethic.

Worst ever. Messed up my case. Filed statements late. Refused to send me my case file unless I paid over 5grand for him to carry on with my case. STAY CLEAR AND USE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE
I've used them for years now, the main lady who used to deal with me has retired but I needed an ID certified just to day true likeness. They were very well priced and professional. Transparent and supportive. Great!!

Having LPA, I was dealing with a house sale for my elderly Dad. The original solicitor went into administration just as we were ready for completion and Best Solicitors were recommended to me via the Estate Agent. I live 325 miles away so it was a stressful situation to deal with. Kelly at their Chesterfield office contacted me and we discussed continuing with the sale. She listened to all my concerns, totally reassured me about every question I asked her and she kept me up to date with everything. She even offered to move her lunch hour so she could accommodate me after driving 6 hours straight to their office to sign for the house sale. All the staff at Best were very helpful. I will be contacting them again in the near future to help with another house sale and will/trust queries.

My husband and I would like to share our experience with Emma Gould at Best Solicitors Church st Barnsley. On our 1st meeting with Emma she came across as a very polite professional person, we were made to feel at ease, we were given all the information that we would need but Emma did say if you need any help with anything during the sale of the property then please ask .
