Kezia Mead from Bhatia Best was incredible from start to finish. From when we first met Kezia was very friendly and down to earth which is vital when under high stress, she supplied all the information regarding my situation from the get go in a clear and easy to understand way, advised me with regards to both the allegations and also my personal career, remained available throughout for legal and emotional guidance and was extremely proactive with speaking to the required parties in order to minimise any delays - I would not hesitate to use Kezia and this firm in future, 5/5 all the way.

My experience with bhatia best is absolutely unacceptable service they have had my case for several years, passed on to several different solicitors who do not do anything, they are so unhelpful when changing solicitors they then claim they do not have my files which they were dishonest

Having many Solicitors in the past, who soon become less attentive to my needs, after securing their legal aid funding, and certainly not working in my best interests. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact. I have never met a more attentive solicitor, who gave fantastic advice and direction in the best form of action to take. Crap solicitors useless

Outstanding service from Bhatia Best, I went through many different firms and none of them Compared to the professionalism I received from Bhatia Best, they were in control of the situation from the get go, I even called to go over things prior to the hearing and another solicitor from the firm went through everything and put me at ease without even asking him, I had Kate mcmillan she was confident which is the best quality in a solicitor which I don't see alot, I had that much faith in her I was falling asleep before the hearing...thankyou Kate. Everything was so easy and uncomplicated with this firm to the point I was questioning their genuineness but they showed up and got to work. If you need a solicitor, ignore the negative reviews and use bhatia best, their brilliant. Thanks again Ben
