Progressive Solicitors Limited

I suffered a bizarre personal injury when visiting a medieval hotel. A very old, very large, cast iron bell was not hung properly and fell on my thigh. Fortunately I took photo of the bell and the broken hook. Although I didn't break a bone - I had a severe injury to my thigh and it still hurts 18-months on. A child or dog could have been killed. Hannah Wood from Progressive hand-held me through the process of getting damages and I am very glad to have taken my case to them. They were brilliant at every stage.

Absolutely amazing service from Progressive Solicitors Limited. Hannah and Victoria were fantastic from start to finish. They communicated everything clearly at every step, were completely transparent throughout, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. They made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, and I always felt that I was in good hands. I genuinely couldn't fault the service I received. Thank you so much, Hannah and Victoria! I would absolutely recommend Progressive Solicitors Limited and will definitely be passing their services on to others in the future.

After my original solicitors went into receivership Progressive Solicitors took over my case. From day one they looked after me and finally got a settlement which was fair and I was pleased with. I would use them again.

Phenomenal service from their kind, professional and expert staff. I met with two of their solicitors, who instantly put me at ease, listened carefully and gave me a clear timeframe on possible outcomes. I was supported throughout by their superb staff and delighted by the settlement they worked so hard to gain for me after my accident. If you have had an accident that was not your fault then I could not recommend Progressive highly enough. Five stars.
