We asked the solicitor if they could prioritise our work due to the seller's time constraints. Rob Meredith was absolutely fantastic. We have moved many times and always used the same solicitor previously, but their service standards had dipped and several people had recommend Rob to us. We discovered that service we'd have rated as 8/10 previously was actually more like a 4/10. Rob is responsive, straight talking, practical, and really listened to what we wanted and needed to help us get a very difficult conveyancing situation (due to other parties) over the line. His proactive approach helped save the entire chain from collapse and his patience and tenacity when dealing with unresponsive and incompetent professionals was astonishing! He was simply a pleasure to deal with, and we would not hesitate to sing his praises from the rooftops, genuinely. He made all the difference and we felt in safe hands throughout. We can't thank him enough and whilst we never want to move house again, there is no one else that we would want to have looking after us!

we were due to sell our property at the last moment our solicitor closed without any notice we were less than 2 weeks away from a deadline Luke stepped in ! A true SUPERHERO. He started new file from scratch and delivered the completed sale before the deadline expired . His skills in communication are second to none .Throughout the process he called/emailed continually to keep me ikeep me updated as to where we were , His secretary was also so efficient . 5 star service throughout Highly recommend.

At short notice we needed assistance to create a short term licence for a third party to rent part of our community sports club facilities. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, had a very tricky and stressfull sale/purchase due to a member of our chain using another solicitor whom I will not mention. Ellis Fermor and Negus dealt with the issues professionally, promptly and were always very communicative throughout. Big shout out to Claire who is a credit to this business. As a business we have retained EFN for our legal requirements for many years and Tim has helped us with several commercial disputes. The most notable was a vexatious claim made by an 'unreliable' plaintiff that could have become tricky due to their disposition to ignore protocol and the truth. Tim, and his team, were able to cut through the noise and dismantle each of their heads of claim with precision. This could have only been acheived by full immersion into the case and mastery of the facts. Tim always seems calm but he is highly competitive and invariably a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely useless. Rang them about a matter, was told someone would call me back, they never did. Rang again the next day, same thing. Rang again the next day, same thing. Went in to see what was going on, was told no one was available, they would call me. They never did. For some reason I later approached them again about a different matter, was told someone would ring me back. They never did.

Absolutely poor. That's all I got say never known anything like the service.
Would not recommend to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free experience. 3 months later I am still dealing with issues that I was told had been sorted by my solicitor (Shona) at the time of purchasing my property. Terrible communication and service, choose to ignore you as soon as your sale goes through. AVOID!
